Each individual player is permitted to maintain exactly one Account. The creation of multiple or duplicate Accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, kb3333 reserves the right to close all such Accounts, forfeit all associated Balances and Bonus Funds, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

All Account Balances at kb3333 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in BDT. Any currency conversion fees arising from the use of international cards (Visa, Mastercard) are the sole responsibility of the Player.
An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. kb3333 will make reasonable efforts to notify the registered Player via their registered email or mobile number prior to applying a dormancy administration fee. The dormancy fee, if applied, will be deducted from the Account Balance at a rate communicated in the applicable notification. Accounts with a zero Balance after the dormancy period may be closed.

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by a Player with their bank or mobile banking provider without first contacting kb3333 support may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

kb3333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where kb3333 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where closure is required for legal compliance or risk management purposes. In the event of Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money Balance remaining after deduction of applicable amounts (including forfeited Bonus Funds and winnings arising from prohibited conduct) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.
Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method. Bonus Funds at the time of voluntary closure are non-withdrawable and will be forfeited.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the Platform in the relevant jurisdiction.
